We would like to thank the Fire Service for their swift response to a fire which started in our new Art and Music block last night. They quickly got the situation under control and as a result, minimal damage has occurred. We would also like to thank the local residents who spotted the fire and called the emergency services.
We are confident that, whilst this incident is unpleasant, it will not prevent our efforts to improve the fabric of the school for the community of Morecambe.
